About Me

My Background
I know how it feels to suffer an acute mystery illness that no conventional practitioner seems to resolve. I know how it feels to hardly be able to breathe, to have to plan to walk to the kitchen and back, to wonder whether I might make it to morning. To suddenly have my blood sugar glucose drop uncontrollably, to have visual and audio issues, to have a heart pounding so badly that I couldn’t lie down for six months. To have open unhealing wounds, petechial haemorrhages and never-ending gut issues. To be able to eat perhaps three foods and to react to everything else that I swallowed, breathed or touched.
In my darkest moments, I knew that it had to be for a reason. I promised myself that if I got out of it I would set up a website to help, in the hope that others suffering similarly might find it.
If you are going through something similar and you’d like someone to listen, please feel free to contact me. So often I wished that there was someone who could understand and who would be there for me when I was so afraid. I want to be that person for others. It may not be a cure, but I can provide empathy.
In making my way out of my situation, I learned so much. I also went on to undertake extensive training in spiritual life coaching, together with learning about wider aspects of trauma, emotions, somatics and the nervous system. I devoted many, many hours to research across a wide variety of issues concerning wellbeing of all types.
I have also as part of this process very much looked forward and accelerated my growth and development, in the course of time moving on to assisting others with their situations and aspirations.
I continue to learn, appreciative of the connections between things and how the most unexpected explanations come to light. This pertains not only to people, but also to animals and nature.
